Pastereotypes

pastereotypes.jpgFrancesco Caspani and Andrea Sperotto met, after a lot of experience as solo artists in the world of juggling and performing, in 2007 at the Flic circus school, Turin, from which they graduated in 2009. During the two years at school, they not only increased their techno-artistic knowledge in the various circus disciplines – studying with well-known international artists and trainers – but they also immediately started a productive collaboration, creating street performances, stage acts and other performances.

Their performances are a mixture of clown acts, acting, manipulation of objects, juggling and acrobatics in a rich cocktail of fun, technique and originality.

The duo performs at numerous and varied events such as all-nighters, music festivals and events; they also actively participate and perform on stage at juggling conventions and street art festivals, including:

  • Gala event “Saltimbassa – first juggling festival of south Modena”
  • Gala event at the 1st Emilian juggling convention
  • First place in the “Il circo nel borgo” contest at the 3rd contemporary circus festival, Frisanco (Pordenone) July 2009.
  • First place in the “Artisti in città” street art festival – Clusone (Bergamo) August 2009
