Inside the Casino chips can be bought with a money and/or Credit Card at any of the cash desks found in each of the Game Rooms. The only Credit Card we do not accept is AMERICAN EXPRESS. The BARCLAY CARD allows purchase of up to a maximum of 250 Euros daily. We accept BANCO POSTA, but the Italian Post is rather restrictive.

It is necessary to show a valid identity document in order to obtain an entry card. The entry card is personal and not transferable, any illicit use will result in a permanent ban on entry to the Casino and possible legal sanctions. The management reserves the right its personnel in charge to make opportune checks. Those improperly dressed will be refused entry.

Are my photographic images taken at the entrance preserved?
For security reasons, and in order to reduce waiting times at the entrance and offer high-quality reception services, since 22 April 2009, the Company Management has operated a system of collection and preservation of photographic images of customers. Verbal consent to preserve them will be requested and if consent is given, the worker will fill in the appropriate field on the privacy consent form, for the conservation of photographic images for a period of two years after the last visit. If consent is not given, they cannot be preserved for more than seven days, in accordance with the relative directive.
The use of mobile telephones is permitted?
It is forbidden to take electronic equipment into the gaming room. The use of mobile telephones is permitted if discrete, and only in the areas not designated for gaming.
