Entrance to the Casino and access to the Games Room is forbidden to the following categories: PEOPLE UNDER 18 YEARS OLD, UNIFORMED MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES, PEOPLE KNOWN TO BE ADDICTED TO PROFESSIONAL GAMBLING, PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN BANNED BY THE MANAGEMENT. Residents of Valle d’Aosta can enter the Casino in specifically identified areas and take part in electronic gaming activity or the tournaments of the game known as Texas Hold’em Poker, which are organized periodically by the Company.

Entry is forbidden if carrying: WEAPONS, CAMERAS AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT. Owners of such objects must leave them in the safety deposit boxes in the cloak room, before entering the Casino. FURTHERMORE, DOGS ARE FORBIDDEN ENTRY.

It is necessary to show a valid identity document in order to obtain an entry card. The entry card is personal and not transferable, any illicit use will result in a permanent ban on entry to the Casino and possible legal sanctions. The management reserves the right its personnel in charge to make opportune checks. Those improperly dressed will be refused entry.

The office which issues the entry cards has the following opening hours: Weekdays and Sunday opens: 2 p.m. closes: 2.15 a.m. - Friday opens: 2 p.m. closes: 2.45 a.m. - Saturday opens: 2 p.m. closes: 3.15 a.m.

For security reasons, and in order to reduce waiting times at the entrance and offer high-quality reception services, since 22 April 2009, the Company Management has operated a system of collection and preservation of photographic images of customers. Verbal consent to preserve them will be requested and if consent is given, the worker will fill in the appropriate field on the privacy consent form, for the conservation of photographic images for a period of two years after the last visit. If consent is not given, they cannot be preserved for more than seven days, in accordance with the relative directive.

PLEASE NOTE It is forbidden to take electronic equipment into the gaming room. The use of mobile telephones is permitted if discrete, and only in the areas not designated for gaming.
