The Customer Care Office, situated in the Casino’s Hall, is open to Clients everyday and coincides with the Gambling House hours.

The Customer Care Office furnishes information regarding competitions, tournaments, and all events and shows organized by the Casino.

In addition it provides details concerning discounts, tourist packages, special events, public transport timetables and fares, merchandising and affiliated services (hotels, restaurants, shops and taxis).
